Please allow 24 hours notice of cancellations to avoid a 50% charge.

All bookings over 1 hour will require a 50% deposit or valid credit card details to secure your appointment.

We ask that you communicate your specific requirements openly to your therapist; however Zahida would like to be made aware if your treatment did not meet your expectations.

Gift vouchers are available to be used against any treatment. Gift vouchers have a 6 month expiry date and are non-refundable.
